New York Times best-selling historian Eleanor Herman is a lecturer and radio and TV commentator on all things royal. She graduated from Towson State University with a degree in Journalism. She has worked for numerous international publications, most recently as Associate Publisher of NATO’S NATIONS & PARTNERS FOR PEACE based in Bonn, Germany. Married, she lives in McLean, Virginia and devotes herself to writing about the feminine side of history. The gowns the author wears are created by designer Leslie Harris of Noblesse Oblige.
